Pre-Wash Treatment: Apply a generous squeeze to your hands and massage gently into your scalp and hair. Leave for at least 30 minutes (overnight is good for problem hair and/or scalp. Wash out with your usual shampoo.

Leave-In Treatment: Squeeze a few drops into the palm of your hand, add a few drops of water and rub hands together to spread it evenly. Apply to the ends of damp or dry hair to add shine and reduce frizz.

Scalp Massage: Squeeze a little oil onto fingertips and massage into the scalp to stimulate blood flow and promote hair growth. Works wonders on dry, itchy scalps!
