Triple Complex Brain Tonic is 100% homeopathic and it contains the following three biochemic cell salts:
Calcarea phosphoricum 8X HPUS (calcium phosphate).
This cell salt aids in the moving and processing of information through the nervous system and brain via the blood. The brain is dependent on a healthy blood supply to function well. Calcarea phosphoricum enhances the health of blood cells which can help with memory, mental development, mental and even physical fatigue.
Kali phosphoricum 6X HPUS (potassium phosphate).
This cell salt is a constituent of all the cells of the body, especially the brain and nerve cells. Kali phosphoricum is a vital nutrient for the healthy functioning of the central nervous system. A deficiency of this cell salt can cause brain fog, sadness, irritability, and nervous exhaustion. Kali phosphoricum can help with sluggish conditions of the mind and exhaustion following mental exertion or emotional strain.
Natrum muriaticum 6X HPUS (sodium chloride).
The function of this cell salt is to regulate the balance of fluids within cells. Natrum muriaticum replenishes cells that have become a bit dehydrated. Other salts are able to function better within cells if the fluid balance is healthy. Natrum muriaticum can help with drowsiness and mental fatigue and strengthen a weak memory.
Inactive Ingredients
USP Purified Water, USP Grain Alcohol (20% by volume), a trace Saccharum Lactose (from the original manufacturing process of the cell salts themselves.)
Add a measured amount (as below) and drop directly into mouth or add to 1/4 cup of water and sip.
Short term (acute/recent):
~ 0.25 ml (child) or 0.50 ml (adult)
~ Every 1-2 hours for up to 6 doses.
~ Stop as symptoms start to subside.
~ Repeat as needed.
Long term:
~ 0.25 ml (child) or 0.50 ml (adult)
~ 1-3 times a day according to the severity of the symptoms.
~ Take/give less often as/when symptoms start to improve.
~ Stop on significant improvement.
~ Repeat as needed.
Ideally, take on a clean mouth: 5-10 minutes before or after a meal, and brushing the teeth.

Q. How long do I have to take this to see results?
A. Some people see improvements after just a few days for short term situations. Others find they need to take it for a few weeks or even months.
Q. Why do I stop on improvement?
A. Homeopathic remedies are designed to stimulate your body to heal itself. There’s no need to carry on taking it after improvements are noticed. Your bottle will last longer if you stop and start as needed!
Q. How long will one bottle last? How many doses are there in each bottle?
A. There are approximately 118 doses of 0.5 ml and double that—236 doses—if you take (or give) .25 ml. This means a bottle will last a nice long time: about 2 months for an adult taking it twice a day!
Q. My father has Alzheimer’s. Will this help him?
A. This may help a little but is unlikely to help that much. Chronic diseases like this always need the expertise of a health care professional.
Q. When would I give this to my child?
A. This product is useful in the short term for children (all ages) whose energy—mental and/or physical—is dragging during or after a heavy study period or a test or a performance, or even a growth spurt. It can be given to children with learning or concentration difficulties also.
Q. I am busy parent and am tired all the time. Will this help?
A. It may help but if you are not getting enough rest and sleep your symptoms will tend to return.
Q. I am experiencing “senior moments”. Will it help with these?
A. We have had some encouraging reports from people telling us that their memory improved after taking these cell salts. It’s definitely worth trying it.
Q. What is short term?
A. If you have an acute brain fog after a flu, say, or any kind of mental or emotional strain then this remedy should only be taken for a short time. Up to a week or maybe two maximum. Some people find it helps within a couple of days for minor situations.
