Triple Complex Calm Tonic is 100% homeopathic and it contains the following three biochemic cell salts:
Ferrum phosphoricum 8X HPUS (iron phosphate).
This cell salt supports oxygen exchange in the muscles. Ferrum phosphoricum enhances the health of blood cells.
Kali phosphoricum 6X HPUS (potassium phosphate).
This cell salt is a vital nutrient for the healthy functioning of the central nervous system. Kali phosphoricum can help with fatigue following mental exertion or emotional strain.
Magnesium phosphoricum 6X HPUS (magnesium phosphate).
This cell salt promotes relaxation of tense or cramped muscles.
Inactive Ingredients
USP Purified Water, USP Grain Alcohol (20% by volume), a trace Saccharum Lactose (from the original manufacturing process of the cell salts themselves.)
Add a measured amount (as below) and drop directly into mouth or add to 1/2 cup of water and sip.
Short term (acute, mild and/or recent stress/anxiety):
~ 0.25 ml (child) or 0.50 ml (adult)
~ Every 1-2 hours for up to 6 doses.
~ Stop as symptoms start to subside.
~ Repeat as needed.
Longer term:
~ 0.25 ml (child) or 0.50 ml (adult)
~ 1-3 times a day according to the severity of the symptoms.
~ Take/give less often as/when symptoms start to improve.
~ Stop on significant improvement.
~ Repeat as needed.
Ideally, take on a clean mouth: 5-10 minutes before or after a meal, and brushing the teeth.

Q. How long do I have to take this to see results?
A. Some people see improvements after just a day or two for short term situations. Others find they need to take it for a week or two.
Q. Why do I stop on improvement?
A. Homeopathic remedies are designed to stimulate your body to heal itself. There’s no need to carry on taking them after improvements are noticed. Your bottle will last longer if you stop and start as needed!
Q. How long will one bottle last? How many doses are there in each bottle?
A. There are approximately 118 doses of 0.5 ml and double that—236 doses—if you take (or give) .25 ml. This means a bottle will last a nice long time: about 2 months for an adult taking it twice a day!
Q. My son started a new job with lots of responsibility. How will this help?
A. If he is coping well then and his sleep and energy are fine he probably doesn’t need this. If he is stressed, more anxious and tense than usual then this remedy will be soothing and help him cope better.
Q. When would I give this to my child?
A. This product is useful in the short term for children (all ages) whose energy—mental and/or physical—is dragging during or after a period of stress or worry … for a test or performance for example.
Q. I am busy parent and am tired all the time. Will this help?
A. It may help but if you are not getting enough rest and sleep your symptoms will tend to return. Also you will want to check there isn’t an underlying cause that is contributing to your symptoms. And … the Triple Complex Brain Tonic may be a good idea.
Q. What is short term?
A. If you have an acute brain fog after a flu, say, or any kind of mental or emotional strain then this remedy should only be taken for a short time. Up to a week or maybe two maximum. Some people find it helps within a couple of days for minor situations.
Q. What is longer term?
A. Some people struggle with longer term for months or longer. They will find they have to take this product for a month or two before noticing improvements.
Q. My brain is tired because of stress. Which Tonic should I take?
A. You can take both this and the Triple Complex Brain Tonic…alternating them i.e. don’t take them at the same time. Some people take a couple of doses of each on the same day (one in the morning and mid afternoon and the other around mid-day and at bedtime. Others prefer to take them on separate (alternating) days. Feel free to be creative!
