Orders with free shipping ship are sent by USPS Advantage Ground (aka First Class). When you Check Out you can choose to pay extra for Priority Mail.
Advantage Ground typically takes 4-7 business days, Priority Mail takes 2-3 days.
Adverse weather events nearly always cause delays—we are always sorry about these.
We ship to US addresses Mondays through Fridays so if you place your order on a Friday afternoon it will take a little longer to get to you.
You will receive an email notification once your package has shipped.

We ship to Canada and Australia. Shipping fees show up when you check out.

Returning Creams: Unopened creams (with the seal intact) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Creams that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund or 50% of the total cost. We regret that refunds cannot be given on opened creams.
Shipping on Returned Products: Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. If the return is a result of our error (an incorrect or defective item) return shipping costs will be paid by Miranda Castro’s Shop.
Defective Products: We shall replace a defective product or issue a full refund.
Refunds are sent within a few days of receipt of returned product/s and usually take a few days to appear in customers’ accounts. An e-mail confirming receipt of the product as well as the refund will be sent.
